Returns & Exchanges
Atelier New York offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that final sale items and select high-end luxury pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included as received.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your RA confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
